Mental landing practice in volleyball: motor imagery alone or in a group

Randomized study with 30 female volleyball players aged 15 to 25: motor imagery of correct landing in individual or group format versus a control group without training. Outcomes were joint angles at ground contact after jumping and cognitive tests after twelve weeks.
