Post-exercise photobiomodulation of the thigh muscles in special forces soldiers

Randomized, sham-controlled study with 25 trained soldiers: three laser treatments per week on the front of the thighs after strength and conditioning sessions, for three weeks. Outcomes included jump performance, muscle soreness, isokinetic strength and sleep and heart rate from a ring.
