Whole-body photobiomodulation in professional footballers: soreness, creatine kinase and jump performance after muscle-damaging training

Quadruple-blind randomized study with 30 male professional footballers from a Brazilian club: whole-body LED irradiation before or after an intense strength session, or sham irradiation. Creatine kinase, soreness, knee extension strength and jump heights were measured up to 72 hours afterwards.
