Painful versus pain-free stretching and ice water: similar pressure pain thresholds at the foot

Randomized crossover study at the University of Central Florida with 30 healthy adults (18–60 years): neck stretching into pain, pain-free stretching and hand ice water immersion, each four times for one minute. The primary outcome was pressure pain threshold between the first and second toes.
