Photobiomodulation for chronic plantar fasciitis: somewhat higher function scores with laser, similar pain – no between-group test

Single-blind randomized trial in a military health system: 71 enrolled adults with plantar fasciitis lasting at least three months received nine laser sessions or a sham treatment over three weeks, each on top of usual care.
