Shockwave, laser or both added to physiotherapy for Achilles tendinopathy

Randomized four-arm trial with active-duty US service members aged 18 to 64 (48 consented, 46 randomized) with mid-portion Achilles tendinopathy: physiotherapy alone, plus photobiomodulation, plus shockwave or plus both over three weeks. Measured: VISA-A, LEFS, pain and further function and ultrasound measures up to six months.
