Added genicular nerve block in ACL surgery: no significant reduction in opioid use

Double-blind randomized trial in 192 adults undergoing outpatient ACL reconstruction: standard nerve blocks with or without an additional block of the genicular nerves. The primary outcome was opioid use in the first 24 hours.
