Shockwave therapy plus Silbernagel programme versus training alone for Achilles tendinopathy

Randomized study with 47 adults (aged 18 to 60) with unilateral Achilles tendinopathy: twelve weeks of a daily Silbernagel heel-raise programme with or without four sessions of low-energy focused shockwave therapy. Outcomes at 26 weeks: VISA-A, pain and tendon structure on ultrasound.
