Landing mechanics, hip control and muscle activity in jumper's knee in volleyball and basketball

Case-control study with 34 volleyball and basketball players aged 18 to 40: 17 with patellar tendon pain and 17 pain-free players matched for sex, age and body size. Joint angles in countermovement jump and step-down, hip control and biceps femoris EMG were measured.
