High or low training volume in subthreshold aerobic exercise after sport-related concussion

Randomized study from the University at Buffalo with 60 adolescents aged 13 to 18: athletes with concussion and healthy controls did two weeks of aerobic exercise at 90% of their exercise threshold, at high or low volume. The outcome was who still had symptoms beyond four weeks.
