Additional IPACK block after ACL reconstruction: opioid use and pain

Randomized, single-blinded NYU Langone Health study with 102 adults (18 to 75 years) undergoing ACL reconstruction with a patellar tendon graft: adductor canal block alone or plus an IPACK block. Opioid use, pain up to day 7 and knee function at 6 months were measured.
