Naproxen gel versus diclofenac gel and placebo for acute soft tissue injuries of the leg

Randomized, double-blind phase 2 trial by Bayer with 76 adults: treatment of fresh sports-related soft tissue injuries of the leg or foot with 10% naproxen gel, 2.32% diclofenac gel or placebo. The main outcome was pressure tenderness over 72 hours.
