Kinesio tape on the upper trapezius and lower trapezius activity in healthy adults

Randomized, triple-blind crossover study with twenty-two adults with healthy shoulders: arm raising without tape, with inhibitory kinesio tape and with sham tape, each without load and with 2.3 kg. Muscle activity was measured with high-density EMG.
