Ultrasound-guided versus palpation-guided steroid injection for plantar fasciitis

Randomized, double-blind study from an Istanbul hospital with 66 patients whose conservative treatment had failed for at least 3 months: steroid injection under ultrasound guidance or by palpation. Pain and foot function at 1 and 3 months.
