Autologous blood therapy for jumper's knee: PRP alone or with IGF concentrate

Randomized, double-blind pilot study with 14 physically active adults with patellar tendinopathy after failed rehab: PRP injection alone or PRP plus concentrated plasma containing IGF. The main outcome was the VISA-P score at six months.
