PRP injections after acute ACL tear: course of inflammatory markers in the knee joint until surgery

Randomized phase 2 study with 24 patients aged 14 to 40 with a fresh ACL tear and bone bruise: joint aspiration alone or aspiration plus two injections of leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma before reconstruction. Ten inflammatory messengers in the joint fluid were measured.
