Neuromuscular training with real-time biofeedback in young female athletes: brain activity and landing technique

Randomized, triple-blinded Emory University study with 93 female athletes aged 12 to 19: 6 weeks of neuromuscular training with real or sham biofeedback via AR glasses. Brain activity by fMRI and knee angles during lab and VR landings were measured.
