S-ibuprofen gel for muscle soreness: no significant advantage over a drug-free gel

Randomized, quadruple-blind phase 2 trial by Aponia Laboratories with 251 healthy adults (18–55 years) with muscle soreness: 5% S-ibuprofen gel or drug-free vehicle gel. The primary outcome was pain relief with movement over 24 hours.
