Active video games for inactive children: effects on weight, BMI, reaction time and self-perception

Randomized pilot trial from Turkey with 106 physically inactive, technology-focused children (8 to 13 years): twelve weeks of Nintendo Wii active games in the lab versus a control group without games. Outcomes were weight, BMI, body fat, reaction times and self-perception.
