Sever's disease in young barefoot athletes: two heel braces compared

Randomized study with 43 children (aged 8–14) from martial arts, dance, gymnastics or acrobatics with Sever's disease: Cheetah heel cup or X brace for three months. Pain at rest, in daily life and during sport was recorded, along with the child-specific foot questionnaire OxAFQ-C.
