Minimally invasive water-jet tenotomy for chronic tennis and golfer's elbow

Prospective single-arm observational study with 29 adults: ultrasound-guided tenotomy at the inner or outer elbow with the TenJet system after at least 3 months of unsuccessful conservative care. Pain and elbow function were tracked over 12 months.
