Acute effect of a three-hour road or mountain bike ride on back pain and muscle tone

Randomized crossover study at Universidad Europea de Madrid with 40 male amateur cyclists: three hours on a road bike (90 km) and three hours on a mountain bike (55 km), one week apart. Outcomes were low back pain, pressure pain threshold and tensiomyography of back and thigh muscles.
