Joint mobilization or plantar massage in chronic ankle instability: effects on balance and the nervous system

Randomized study with 60 adults with chronic ankle instability: six short sessions of talocrural mobilization, plantar massage or no treatment over two weeks. Outcomes were how much participants depend on vision during single-leg stance, plus reflex and brain-stimulation measures.
