Secukinumab for treatment-resistant rotator cuff tendinopathy: phase 2 trial against placebo

Randomized, quadruple-blind phase 2 trial by Novartis with 96 patients aged 18 to 65 in whom painkillers and physiotherapy had failed: 300 mg secukinumab or placebo under the skin over 12 weeks, follow-up to week 24.
