Dehydration sensor in a wearable: accuracy of sweat loss measurement during running

Validation study with 201 healthy adults (aged 18–50) in four age groups: while running they wore the Spectrophon Dehydration Body Monitor in a Samsung Gear S2 and a Gear Fit2. The number of readings deviating by more or less than 20% from weighed body mass loss was counted.
