Cetirizine and cycling time trial at simulated altitude: crossover study in active adults

Randomized, double-blind crossover study from Indiana University with 13 active adults (8 analyzed): 8 km cycling time trial after 10 mg cetirizine in hypoxia, after placebo in hypoxia and after placebo in normal room air. Time-trial duration and blood histamine were measured.
