Submaximal aerobic exercise after concussion in adolescents

Randomized study from Boston Children's Hospital with 41 patients aged 14 to 21: 8 weeks of heart-rate-guided aerobic exercise on 5 days per week or usual care. Outcomes included symptoms, cerebrovascular response, heart rate and exercise volume.
