Plantar fasciitis: strengthening versus stretching added to physical therapy

Randomized, triple-blinded trial with 84 adults with plantar fasciitis: home program of strengthening or stretching exercises, each added to conservative physical therapy. Worst pain, morning pain and gait parameters were measured over three months.
