PRP injection for patellar tendinopathy: improvement in all groups, no demonstrated advantage

Double-blind randomized phase 2 trial at the University of Wisconsin: 30 enrolled adults (18–39 years) with chronic jumper's knee who had not improved with physiotherapy. PRP injection, dry needling and a sham procedure compared over 52 weeks.
