Physical-cognitive video game training for older adults: attention and memory

Randomized, blinded study with 49 healthy adults (aged 55–80): eight weeks of "Body-Brain Trainer", an exercise video game with adaptive cognitive tasks, or a control group using learning and logic apps. Attention, working memory, blood pressure, balance and EEG were measured.
