Subthreshold aerobic exercise or stretching after sport-related concussion in adolescents

Randomized trial from the University at Buffalo with 113 adolescents aged 10 to 18 within ten days of a sport-related concussion: daily aerobic exercise at 80% of threshold heart rate or daily stretching. The outcome was time to physician-confirmed recovery.
