Ibuprofen during a 50-mile ultramarathon: kidney values, sodium and perceived exertion

Double-blind, placebo-controlled study with 91 runners (aged 18 to 75) at RacingThePlanet stage races: 400 mg ibuprofen tablets or placebo during a 50-mile stage. Primary outcome: acute kidney injury at the finish.
