Pain medication for headache after concussion in children and adolescents

Open-label randomized pilot study with 80 children and adolescents (aged 8–18) after a first concussion: acetaminophen, ibuprofen, both, or no scheduled medication over 72 hours. Headache days, intensity and return to school were recorded.
