Diclofenac gel (Voltaren 1%) for leg muscle soreness: placebo comparison within the same person

Triple-blind study with 24 adults aged 18 to 35: after soreness-inducing leg exercise, each leg was randomly assigned diclofenac gel or placebo, four times daily for 48 hours. Pain relief while walking, standing and at rest was measured.
