Investigational drug Aes-103 against performance loss in an endurance time trial under hypoxia

Triple-blind randomized crossover study from Colorado State University with twelve healthy men: placebo in normoxia and placebo, 1000 mg or 3000 mg Aes-103 in hypoxia before a cycling time trial. Time trial performance and tolerability were assessed.
