Investigational drug PF-05175157: single dose with near-identical heart and exercise values to placebo

Randomized, double-blind phase 1 crossover study with 12 healthy men: a single 600 mg dose of PF-05175157 or placebo, followed by cardiac ultrasound and treadmill cardiopulmonary exercise testing. Outcomes included myocardial strain, OUES, peak VO2 and other exercise measures.
