Recombinant growth factor rhPDGF-BB injection for chronic tennis elbow

Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase II study at 6 centers with 100 adults (21 to 80 years): a single injection into the extensor carpi radialis brevis with placebo or 0.45, 0.75, 1.5 or 3.0 mg rhPDGF-BB. Pain, DASH, PRTEE and grip strength over 24 weeks.
