Pre-season dynamic balance and ankle injuries in high school and college athletes

Prospective cohort study with 377 athletes aged 14 to 24 from various sports: Star Excursion Balance Test and Functional Movement Screen before the season, followed by recording of all ankle injuries. 59 sustained an ankle injury.
