Activity tracker with and without visible feedback in medical residents: no clear effect on step count

Randomized study with 104 internal medicine residents (aged 21 to 45) at Massachusetts General Hospital: twelve weeks with an activity tracker showing data and a website, or a blinded tracker without feedback. Primary outcome: steps per day.
