Five-toed socks in chronic ankle instability: balance and reach

University of Toledo: 53 active adults aged 18 to 30, 23 with unilateral ankle instability. Sway in single-leg stance with eyes open and closed and reach in the Star Excursion Balance Test were measured, all while wearing toe socks.
