Fortified nutrient powder and physical performance of schoolchildren in Bangalore

Randomized, double-blind GlaxoSmithKline study with 300 schoolchildren aged 7 to 11 in Bangalore: four months of a daily micronutrient-fortified powder, an unfortified powder or no intervention. Step and shuttle run tests, 40 m sprint, reaction time, grip strength and nutrient status were measured.
