Three grafts for ACL reconstruction compared over five years

Randomized trial, blinded for patients and assessors, with 330 people aged 14 to 50: ACL reconstruction with patellar tendon, quadruple hamstring tendon or double-bundle technique. Quality of life, knee stability, re-ruptures and return to activity level over up to five years.
