Initial graft tension in ACL reconstruction and knee osteoarthritis after 15 years

Randomized, triple-blind long-term study from Rhode Island Hospital: 90 active patients with ACL reconstruction at low or high graft tension, plus 60 uninjured controls. X-rays, knee questionnaires, stability and quality of life over up to 15 years.
